I can not believe how fast the days are zooming by. I looked at the calendar and realized I was 10 days into May. Oh where does the time go?
Between work and work and more work and then life, I am just like blah when I have downtime. I have begun using my Mary Kay everyday, and I must say I really love these products. I kind of signed up without knowing everything about the entire line - which was really stupid of me - but now that I have begun using them, I am really excited about it. And I promise, this isn’t a selling ploy.. I really love their skin care line. I have such baby smooth and radiant skin now. It’s amazing.
Speaking of selling though, anyone who reads my blog, and wants to order from me is entitled to a lovely “friendship” discount and free shipping. You can’t really beat that, now can you?
Anyway, as usual, I am exhausted and going to get as much sleep as I can tonight. I’m in the process of trying to rearrange my office to accommodate all of my Mary Kay stuff. It’s quite a challenge.
I promise though, as soon as everything settles down and I get myself back on a schedule, I will return to regularly blogging. I really miss it, and all of you!

I seriously was working hard as hell to make more time for myself and the things I love and enjoy… and then somehow I ended up signing up to become a Mary Kay consultant. So, naturally that means I will have even less free time. I am really excited about it though, so that’s a plus.
As for work-work, it’s moving along at the pace of a snail. We have recovered from April 15th and now things are pretty much at a dead halt. I am expecting to have a crazy rush for Mother’s Day and then a ton of confusion and annoyance due to the postage rate increase on May 12th. If you live in the United States and you use stamps for ANYTHING, go out and get yourself a book or two or five of Forever Stamps. They are the same rate as a regular stamp, and what happens is that you get grandfathered into the current postage rate for as long as you have those stamps. And I know that a penny isn’t much of an increase, but 3 months from now, stamps could increase $.05 and those of you who still have those Forever Stamps won’t be affected by it.
That’s my public service announcement for the day.
On the photography front, I am in need of a day of clear skies and sun where I can just go and take endless pictures. Not that it matters though since I haven’t completely uploaded all of my vacation pictures. What a bum I am.
Wait, how can I be a bum who has 3 jobs? I’m just a tired ass woman. I need about 3 days of bland living and a lot of sleep and all will be well with the world.
Anyway, it’s time for me to go to work. I hope everyone else is doing well and enjoying life!

All right. I am back, feeling super refreshed and ready to once again kick the worlds ass.
I took several days to relax and be mindless… I didn’t even drop any Entrecard’s (gasp!).
In fact, I was so relaxed that I didn’t even do my usual freaking out when that horrendous hail storm hit us last night. I was walking around telling everyone to chiiiiiiilllllll out… I mean seriously, it was just a hail storm. Outside of totally destroying our brand new truck, busting out all the windows in our house, or potentially killing one of our girls, what else could possibly happen?
So now I can finally get around to maybe finishing the vacation stuff as well as that whole 100th post thing I’ve got going, plus I am a part of several postcard exchanges and I wanted to post a few of those here too. I have boatloads of postcards, so if any of you would like to exchange one, please let me know. When I started off I wasn’t too excited about it, but as I got more and more cards, it actually became fun.
In other news, it seems I might be getting promotion at work. Not sure if it’s a good thing or bad thing. As they say, more money = more problems. As if I need more stress in my day to day life.
With that said, I am off to finish my current batch of postcards and then kill some horde on World of Warcraft. Right now, those two things relieve my stress better than any drug can. I’m such a simple girl, ain’t I?
