i am so sorry for what you are going through.
are you going to see a dermatologist to get down to the exact nature of the problem?
about 2 years ago my eyel lids started peeling. my eye dr said it was seasonal allergies though i have never had allergies in my life. when it didn’t clear totally she tried switching my contact lenses which i’ve only been wearing since age 11 and i’m 48 now. still, not 100%. to make a long story short, i had intense allergy patch testing at a hospital and boy did i get a long list of what i am apparently allergic to … and these chemicals are in EVERYTHING. boy, have i become a label reader now. i truly appreciate those with allergies like i never have before. it really takes a big chunk out of one’s quality of life.
