Wow! The frosting doesn’t look yucky to me at all Monique! it looks mouth watering infact! I tried this once but I messed up the batter and just got all gooey!!

I love your footnotes.

But I am weeping huge tears over the chocolate raspberry cupcake. I don’t really care for those two flavors united together as one, however, when a very talented pastry chef takes that on it can be very good.

Now on to your cupcake in particular. Could you at least salvage the frosting? It sucks that it didn’t taste good at all especially since it was probably pricey.

I wonder if you had taken a bite right after you paid for it, if they would have given you something else since you were not satisfied. Probably not, but I still wonder.

I love creme brulee but I’ve never had it with another flavour. Sorry they didn’t taste as good as they looked!

Sounds like an awesome place! I’m sorry the desserts were disappointing…I know chocolate layer cake with raspberry filling is my absolutely favorite. I think I just might have to bake one this weekend.

I’m not a creme brulee fan, but I’ll be damned if I throw away chocolate!!! lol!

Actually, I am surprised to hear that the choco-raspberry concoction was a flop! I usually enjoy the combo, but I can see how it may be kinda gross if there is too much berry… ::SHRUG::
