Take solace in the fact that every time you call and they pick up the phone you're costing them about $45. At the height of my problems I called both HP and Sprint several times a day just so I could cost them some money. Petty, I know, but it was the one thing the supervisors actually responded to. I am happy with HP. I have had an HP scanner for about 10 years. This past month I had to replace my monitor and bought an HP widescreen. It's kind of a funny size, wide and not tall but it works fine. I also have an older HP all in one which works fine when I plug it in. I tend to leave it gathering dust until I actually need it.
