First, I HATE the word diet.  Eating healthier is a much better way to look at it.  Breakfast, lunch, dinner is so important.  If you need to snack, do veggies. 

I've been to many health clubs with no success.  While I was working out sweating my a$$ off, I have size 2 barbie next to me with all her jewerly and makeup on.  I found health clubs to be pickup clubs.

The quickest way I lose weight is to take about 30 minutes 3 - 4 days a week and dance.  Thats it.  Work up a sweat and shake it off girl!  I do this in complete privacy.</description>

		<description>Dieting is over rated!  But, it is simple math...expend more than you take in.  If you're already eating less..perhaps you need to expend more energy...you don't need to kill yourself..just walk around the block a couple times.  Just advise from someone else who has had troubles hitting the IT weight!  :)

Take it from me, a person who loves fine food, was born in the south and appreciates "good eatin", you'll LOVE these meals that you make yourself - they are tasty!

		<description>It was hard for me to make the decision that it was time for me to lose weight. It couldn't be my hubby trying to get me to do it. I had to want to do it.

And I started a program that allows me to exercise 3 times a week for around 30 minutes. That's it. That's my exercising for the week. I LOVE it!

My food is very controlled and SUPER easy to follow. It's all about supportive foods - whole foods. Veggies, fruits, whole wheat, lean meat, etc. No more white pasta or flour (unless it's a "cheat" meal because they do exist). It's not a diet. It's a new lifestyle. If you want to know what it is just e-mail me and I'll send you the link. I don't want to "pimp" anything in the comments. lol

So far I've lost over 10 pounds but it's more about how I feel about my body. I still have a ways to go but I'm not trying to starve myself in order to lose weight fast. I want it come off properly and stay off. =D 

Oh and I did weight watchers 3 times. :( It always came back on double after I lost it. Sheesh.</description>
