I said “I remember once when I worked at BCBST and some woman called complaining about the fact that we had denied one of her claims. I tried to explain to her that she had reached the wrong department, so I was going to transfer her. She went OFF! Screaming at me. The more I listened, the more funny she was to me so I started laughing, which pissed her off more. The angrier she got, the funnier it was to me. It would really depend on the day & my hormone level if I’d get fired for yelling at a customer or laughing at a customer.”

There should be some kind of employment code or rule that says if the employee doesn’t get a good nights sleep, they don’t have to come into work until they feel they are able to handle their work duties.
