What exactly is the point of calling someone your Best Friend, or BFF if you can’t tell them everything? Isn’t that just a friend? Maybe even a close or good friend? Isn’t a best friend supposed to be your confidant? Someone you can share everything with? All of your pain, joys, sorrows, guilt, love, experiences? Someone who may not always agree with what you do or say, but will without a shadow of a doubt always love you and be there for you?

Yes. My BFF is my closest friend. She’s been there for me more than my family. And she loves me. In SPITE of me.
